This software and all its contents, including but not limited to texts, images, codes and software design, are the exclusive properties of the developer and are protected by copyright law, trademark law and other intellectual property laws.
The developer shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages caused by the use or inability to use this software.
